The e-bikes from Penzance Bike Hire were a highlight of our entire trip to England. The process of reserving and renting the bikes was supper smooth. Steve is awesome, provides everything you need for a great time out including a personalized map with insider stops that made the bike trip nothing short of magical. The saddlebag was a really nice touch and allowed for us to pack water and pick up souvenirs along the way. Such a great way to experience Cornwall! Next time we visit we'll definitely be renting bikes from Penzance Bike Hire again.

Good price and available at short notice. Steve was very friendly and responsive to calls and messages. The only reason I'm taking off a star is that the maintenance on the bikes wasn't great. One of the bikes we hired was not properly lubricated and broke its chain while we were out in the country. Steve was eager to make it right and offered us a refund and a ride home.

Walked in to this place in the morning and rented a bike for the day to ride to Lands Ends. Steve is great. They may not have super fancy bikes that some large stores have but the price is very reasonable.

Steve took me out on one of his hybrid mountain bikes, which meant we could explore Poldark’s Penzance area, from mine heads to mine shafts, Holy Wells to standing stones, and along ridge lines and hidden pathways. Steve is an excellent guide who really knows Cornwall’s stories and it’s best locations, while always keeping in mind my ability and enjoyment. Highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Not much to add to the reviews before. Steve is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's the first time I've driven an E-Bike. But he explained everything thoroughly. He also knows the area really well. So he can give a good route or recommendation. Helmet and locks are included and the price is fair. I would definitely go there again.
