The most kind, caring and respectful people, the coach house and grounds are lovely and peaceful. At one of the hardest points of losing a pet they made us feel that our feelings and pets were important and gave us time with our pets to say see you later. I would not use anyone else

May 2022. On holiday in Cornwall my dear Jazz fell ill and had to be put to sleep. Head and Head vets in Helston helped Jazz on his new journey and arranged for his cremation at Penwith Pet Crematorium. Because I was on holiday it was not sure that I would get Jazz's ashes before I had to go home but the crematorium returned the ashes to Head and Head in good time. Jazz's ashes were presented in a lovely bag with a flower attached and inside was a beautiful pine casket with Jazz's name on a brass plate on top. Wonderful and thoughtful, thank you so much for such a sensitive geture at a distressing and emotional time.

I (sadly) have used Penwith 3 times now. My Bengal George in 2008, Holly, my mum’s Siamese in 2009 & most recently my mum’s Siamese Tilly. I would not trust my beloved fur babies to anyone else, despite now living several hours away. Sophia went above & beyond for us. Penwith have empathy & compassion. You do not feel rushed to say goodbye, they are kind & accommodating. I cannot thank or recommend Penwith enough, when you are dealing with such a painful time.
