Been coming here for years until Covid. Had an appointment that i wanted to honour, never missed a previous appointment. This time i was stuck in a huge M6 crash aftermath for 2 hours, missing my appointment, Pentwyn wont rebook me. Poor way to treat a genuine customer.

Avoid. Honestly the worst mistake I have ever made coming here. Took my money and my teeth but won't do anything to assist with the issues iv had now. Aftercare has been appauling. Honestly wished I'd of put up with the tooth ache instead of this headache they are now proceeding to give me. Paid £23.80 to see the dentist today in hopes that she would fix my denture and show me how to secure it properly - nope been sent away with no further appointment a worse fitting denture and still non the wiser on how to secure it into place. Please dont make my mistake and look around for another dentist before coming here
