The sales person, Tom Betts, at Christchurch was very helpful with a pleasant manner. The purchase process was simple and he explained it clearly. When I had a problem with the brakes it was quickly sorted by him and rectified under warranty. The work was done at the Poole branch - again very good service, offering a hire car overnight because of an unexpected power failure that day at the service centre. Impressed with the firm overall.

Very impressive service from Callum Blaver at Christchurch branch. He was welcoming polite and helpful. He had good knowledge of all the cars he showed me on the forecourt. He allowed me to test drive the model I liked but I did not want that colour. So When I couldn’t find what I wanted there, he was able to go online and find the car I wanted from another branch. He arranged for it to be collected and delivered to his Branch and then very kindly drove it to Poole Branch for collection by me to save me travelling. All in all a very good experience.
