    I would like to thank Nicola for her patience and understanding when showing us around the show home and around the plot we were interested in. Very professional and extremely helpful. Although we decided on a bungalow as a better option for my 83 year old mum, the houses have a lovely lay out, are beautifully decorated and would make wonderful homes!

    Tried asking for help re the name of their suppliers so that I could contact them direct re purchasing some replacement floor tiles, all I got was "we dont keep records", "Your house is too old, the tiles won't match" so I asked again for the name of the supplier as they might keep stocks and again all I got was "they wouldn't and they wouldn't match and we don't keep details of suppliers" Mind you in their defence it was Friday afternoon.

    So been in about 6 weeks now. Had the usual snagging issues which are expected however the 'aftercare service' which we've received has been appalling. Latest issue is our kitchen light switch which has been positioned behind the door under an eave from the stairwell so a really awkward position and whoever signed off on the design must have been designing their first house. Turns out they hung the door the wrong side! The electrician who is great and works for them said an easy job to put the other side of the wall so to contact the 'care' team who would arrange it. Of course, they don't want to pay for that do they, and their solution? To put the door the other side, which would block off the walkway around the island...the whole point of an island is to be able to walk around it right? Clearly not in there eyes...so its pay for it ourselves or that....great solution guys! Honestly, so painful dealing with them...house is nice but buckle up if you have even the slightest thing to fix as will be a horrible ride...

    Fantastic experience from start to finish! Top quality homes matched with exceptional customer service. After care is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our first house purchase and couldn’t have been better. We have been in for a year and still love the house and where we live. We were the first on site and in amongst the building work with a young baby. The house is entirely sound proof and the builders were not disruptive at all. Highly recommend this house builder.
