They claim they want to hear from potential talent, even those with no actual experience in IT so imagine my bafflement at how a many company, full of apparently 'good people', have no idea how to communicate and have willingly turn away potential talent with over 10yrs experience in IT due to the inabilityto answer simple questions. Doesn't seem logical or even remotely like intelligent decision making.
