The quality of the tiles are very good and it's a lovely shop. My issue is on point of purchase I made a point of saying we had bought the tiles well in advance and when works, were complete by the builder could the full unused undamaged boxes be returned.I was told yes no problem. But I am now told its a 3 week return.!!

I’ve used Pentagon a few times now went in for some help about tiles we brought off them 12 years ago they had stop selling some time ago but went out of there way to find some odd sizes that match our colour. Then wouldn’t take anything for them. Thanks Again.
