I went in earlier to check out a car I’d seen and reserved online and I’m not going to mention his name but it was the coldest reception I’ve ever had, and I’ve walked in on somebody who didn’t lock the door on a train toilet; I honestly had a nicer exchange with that person than this member of the sales team. He was super dismissive, didn’t really tell me anything about the car, focused mainly on what optional extras he could sell me. When I had the audacity to ask him (a sales person) a question he said “well you should have checked all this before you came” the price he gave for my car even though condition is “nice” as he said, was nearly £1000 below the baseline quote I got online and when I said I wasn’t sure if I was interested in proceeding he said “well you either want it or you don’t?!” which I would have expected if I was buying from a random on Facebook marketplace, but not a proper dealership. I honestly would have gone back to have another look at either that car, or another but I genuinely couldn’t wait to get away from the sales exec. Buying a car is an absolutely miserable experience at the best of times and I like to think I'm a fairly easy going guy, there’s not much that rattles my cage, especially to the point of writing a google review, but this was truly awful and I wouldn’t go back for anything.

MA68 BKK - DO NOT BUY - MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS CAR INCLUDING GEARBOX AND ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT SYSTEM - paid £15,395 for this car in July 22 and returned it in December 22 due to the several issues that they failed to fix. They gave me £2k less than I paid for it yet are selling for £15,784. SCAM MERCHANTS DO NOT PURCHASE!

MA68 BKK DO NOT BUY THIS CAR, it has multiple issues that the dealer refused to rectify and we finally sent it back at a loss of over £2k. The dealer has previously been advertising with an incorrect mileage on the advert. It has multiple electronic warning light issues and a very worn gear box. Save your money and go elsewhere. The warranty they give is not worth the paper it’s written on. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
