Took a work van for a service. Called to say it needed apart was missing. Don't know what function it had , as the van had covered alot of miles with no problem. Was told they'd phone when part was in and when van was ready. Took us to call them 3days later to be told it was ready day before.

Pentagon Barnsley don't answer their emails. I asked about new car service plans 4 days ago with no reply. Please DONT blame Covid. 09/11/21 Still no reply. ALSO took six weeks to "offer" to look at a fault with my NEW 208. So got it sorted myself. Definitely would not recommend especially their sales.

Everytime I visit it's like being a spare bride at a wedding, the staff look at each other attempting to absolve their responsibility to serve customers. Ironically during my last two visits the cleaner greeted me and made me a drink, nice chap.
