    Would give 0 or even a minus if it was an option. Went in wanting to get my jean legs tightened (dont know tge technical term for it) called the day before to see if they are available and how much it would cost. Was told £22 over the phone but was charged £32. While she is taking the measurements she had to be told COUNTLESS TIMES that i want it as tight as it goes it was a few times till she got it right! Stabbed me god only know how many times with the pin. When i came to collect my jeans i tried them on (thank god i did) one leg was tight and the other was loose the strange thing was the leg that was loose was the one she measured which i dont understand when i told her about the problem she them proceeded to tell me 'maybe its your clafs you might have uneven calfs) EXCUSE ME?! i told her that the leg SHE measured was loose so how can it be my calf. She then laughed and said it happens! Im disgusted in the service they have disgusting attitudes and the vibe is just over all disgusting. Will not be returning again and i recomend that nobody else does either!
