Large decline in estate since pennycuick Collins started managing the site. Charges have increased and there's been internal ceiling holes for 18+ months. Half finished jobs left for months on end. Yet fees go up. Appalling service

They declined the request for an EGM of nearly 20% of shareholders. They have advised we seek legal advice at our own cost. Update - we have submitted a second request for and EGM and they still will not allow it. Now our new agent Ami will not reply to my emails. I think he is a director of the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I agree who is Ross - does he exist? What happened to Laura Lock and Stephanie Briscoe?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The "service" provided is non-existent, they can't even answer their phones or respond back to e-mails, the service check inspections by this unprofessional management company have never been carried out until the property ombudsmen have stepped in. The extortionate hired contractors by Pennycuick are charging highly inflated prices and even worse, don't carry out any service on the property. all of the 5 stars review are clearly fake as they are trying to hide all of the main critic reviews, like who's the hell Ross? I would have preferred to give this review 0 stars if there was an option.

STAY AWAY !! If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This company is by far the most incompetent and useless company I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No communications, ignore requests for months, happy to leave our site unsafe and have no interest in rectifying any issues. Do not provide the service they promise and charge ridiculous fees.
