Ordered the area test piece Chorale and Toccata online on the 30th September 2022. It clearly stated that delivery would take 5 to 7 working days. I rang Penine music on the 17th October (1504hrs) inquiring when will the music I ordered be delivered. Customer sales informed me that they had sold out, this was not the case when I ordered it and they took payment from my account. I was told that it would be another week or two no effort to apologise or offer of refund. 3rd November 2022, I have still not received my order. Due to their misinformation at the time of ordering, and their speed at taking payment, it has not allowed me to look elsewhere and has set my bands rehearsal schedule back significantly. Please try everywhere else before using this company. I had to award one star or I could not post this review.

I need to be convinced about this company’s customer service. I ordered and paid for music via PayPal on 1st October. No one would speak to me in spite of messages, no confirmation of my order. I hope that is an isolated experience.
