    Lots and lots of models to choose from and very helpful staff. Yes it my look odd driving of the main road onto a single track but that is where they are. No big signs due to National Parks restrictions on advertising.

    A true gem in the Pennines. Excellent levels of stock from brand new releases to new old stock. Model Kits, Model Railways at O, OO, N gauge plus other stuff as well! Found a lot of items here that I couldn't find online or elsewhere.

    Travelled for 2 hours to visit Pennine models - directions found online not the most helpful, no map found - on arrival owner greeted us in a rude manner "you've parked in the wrong place ... I had a car like that ... and got rid of it". His general attitude appeared to argue with the customer about the difficulty we had in finding his shop. After a purposeful choice to visit this shop - the owners attitude was NOT inviting, approachable or helpful. Resulting in our leaving the shop after less than 5 minutes. It may be of interest for the owner to know that I had visited with the intention of buying at least 1 item (water tower kit) & on entering the premises I saw a BR Blue Class 50 in a cabinet that interested me a lot - his attitude & comments as we entered has resulted in him losing this customer. I would not recommend this business. Only redeeming feature is that there was 1 very friendly and approachable dog - a Labrador - I think the owner could take advice from his dog on customer service.

    Visited this shop for the first time. Typed pennine models into sat nav on phone and it takes you straight here. Found the owners to be helpful and knowlegable. Gave help and advice on which would be the best suited soldering iron to purchase based on the job we needed it for. Purchased several items and will be back to visit. A great well laid out shop

    i went to the new pennine model premises at new barn bark laithe farm flasby skipton could be a little hard to find at first there is a map in railway modeler or i would personally look on google earth or google search or if you give the shop a call stuart will be more than happy to guide you in, on arriving i was met by 2 friendly dogs and a chap named stuart and a great big shop stocked with hundreds of models and wow the o gauge section is something else i purchased afew items myself and had a good chat with the owner great stockist of o gauge oo gauge and a small section of n gauge if you want track this is the place to go brillint prices and friendly atmosphere well recomended
