I´m surprised there aren´t more negative reviews of the conveyancing service. My experience as a seller has been terrible as a result of a very high turnover of poor hires compounded by management only paying lip service to my needs. This points to serious problems and its a pity because there was a good reputation.

I want to say a big thank-you to Kathryn. She was my solicitor when I bought my first home. With her help and ultra smooth communication, I was able to get the purchase done in less than 50 days. Kathryn was very responsive, professional, and friendly. I always knew when I would hear back from her. The searches were sent out on Day 1, which, according to the EA, was surprisingly efficient. I was in a bit rush to complete the purchase, and Kathryn moved the purchase forward every day. I got the land registry 20 days after completion.

I'm really impressed with how fast Kathryn at Pennine Kennedy is at responding to my emails. Literally same day responses on all occasions and for the most part, within 10 minutes! From my experience of using a different law firm in the past, who were slightly cheaper than Pennine Kennedy, I would have to chase a lot and if I'm lucky I would get a response within a few days or even a week. If you're a first time buyer, you should certainly consider the speed and timeliness of communications when picking a conveyancer (and not just price). If you've already purchased a property before, then you'll already know how important this is. From my experience so far, this firm is a great choice!
