My daughter and I just wanted to say how amazing you guys are, from looking after eevee, everything you did for little man, and also nursing our boy Harry back to his normal self. The pets app has been amazing, and daily phone calls to update us. Not only did you look after the doggies but you also supported us too. You are all angels and we couldn’t have done this without you.

Our cat was recently rushed in for urgent treatment at the Sevenoaks practice due to fluid on lungs caused by a severe heart condition. She had to stay overnight and the following morning. The vet, Kate Panek-Kaminska, could not have been more excellent. Everything was patiently explained and we were given time to talk through the options before leaving our beloved pet in her care. We felt totally reassured and confident in Kate and the wonderful nurses too. Couldn’t have asked for better experience at such a worrying and difficult time.

Visited in November as my kitten had to be seen out of hours due to ingesting antifreeze while on an adventure, the vets and nurses there were like no other! So compassionate, he was so poorly but they kept me updated every step of the way on his prognosis and when the time came, were very kind, sympathetic and caring. My little one was sent to sleep peacefully and the process was made easier by their support. I received his remains promptly along with a bundle of his hair and prints of his paws. Nothing about the experience was nice but knowing i had the care and support of their team meant the world to me and they did absolutely everything they could to help both me and my little one. Thank you Pennards for making a tough time a little easier x
