Absoloute joke of a surgery reception staff are rude no help what so ever. No after care from major surgery constantly sent from pillar to post to try and get some medication approved from the doctor thats if the messages actuslly get passed on. Shambles

No problem with doctors themselves or nurses, however a middle aged women on reception every time she answers there’s NO APPOINTMENTS, NO PREBOOK APPOINTMENTS AND NO EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS but as soon I call up 10 mins later another receptionist answers, telling me there appointments for the following week. It’s literally every time that women answers puts me off calling.

Moved to Penn Surgery in November, after simply awful treatment at Penn Manor. My first need for an appointment was on Monday, I was able to get an appointment on the phone, after not too longer wait, saw Dr Martin he was very thorough, helpful and empathetic. The new patient registration was easy, the the nurse review was good too. So................... so far so good. Thank you

The drs that I have seen have been brilliant. However the booking system is RIDICULOUS and DANGEROUS. Call at 830 no appointments, call at 1, to be advised they need to check with a Dr get a call back at 3pm to be told no appointments today 🤷🏾♀️ Meanwhile my son is running a high temperature👍🏽. There must be a better way of operating? Needless to say need to look for a new Dr's, where I can be confided my under 5 will be seen. Considering our family of 3 go to the drs less than once per year 😔

This review is solely based on the appointment system, which is an absolute joke.,, Call at 8:30 Peak time leaving the house getting kids to schoo,l don't use your Phone whilst driving though! Then call at one when your in the thick of work or life, just coming of your lunch break. Bring back the days when u could just book an appointment and organise your calender. It's getting extremely frustrating, cuz once u have missed the slot you're having to wait another day just to miss it all over again

I visit my GP not very often (as I end up buying some paracetamol eitherway!) but everytime I go to see a GP , I have to wait at least 10-20 minutes to be called in. Unfortunately staffs (Doctors and receptionists) are new faces everytime! Today after waiting for 2 weeks, for the first time I was 10 minutes late and I was refused to be seen, while absolutely nobody was waiting. Absolutely no patient. Did I mention the very rude receptionist was eating at the reception and she was hesitant to answer?
