The store is clean, well organised and if cause friendly staff. They’re not only friendly but they have knowledge about each scent advising and also recommending what might be of your taste. Price of the perfumes are quite on the top side however the quality of the products is 10/10 meaning by the time it runs out you’d of felt like the money you spent didn’t go to waste.

Sadly a really uncomfortable experience at penhalgions. Was so excited to go and trial a few new scents, a gentleman politely asked if we needed any help when we walked in (only ones in the store) and we informed him we were just browsing. He came over a second time, and a third time despite us wanting to just browse the store. Difficult to speak about anything as the 4 shop assistants were just watching us, then a separate other man came over asked if we wanted help. Again we declined but he stood there just watching before asking a second time so we had to leave, felt so uncomfortable and pressurised. Such a shame as was very excited to add a new scent to my collection.
