I just wanted to say thank you again to the sales rep blonde tall guy for the amazing customer service I received in the Covent Garden store last week. I didn’t asked his name hopefully you will know who is he! My shopping experience was just perfect. I popped in thinking to get myself a perfume and left with one for my mum and auntie too! The sales rep was so helpful, professional and made me feel just special! I will be back soon defo and I wish I could have had the same service in other stores in London it’s really rare nowadays! Beyond excellent service. We just popped into the Wellington Street, London store to test a few fragrances. I was drawn to the brand having noted a particular scent on a colleague at work. We were warmly greeted by the staff and looked after by Miriam, who offered her expertise in the scents and when we had chosen, also advised of the uplifts of the travel atomisers etc. I have to say the level of service excellence she displayed was beyond most of what one has come to expect these days. Her service alone is enough to bring me back to the store within a few weeks to purchase some Christmas gifts. Thank you Miriam!
