Great company and very knowledgable - only slight moan - there must have been a issue with my last order - shipped on the 9th September and delivered 6th October when I was advised of a 3-5 day delivery - compounded by the fact that I had to pay £1.50 to have it delivered as Penguin had underpaid the postage! Additional comment:- as soon as Penguin realised something had not been ideal i was immediatly contacted and remedial action taken by Penguin - as always great customer service and responses from them

Very good customer service. They took their time to answer all my questions and to explain me the procedure. I broke my fridge by accident and they replaced the part and send it back to me. The engineer in the workshop was also extremely helpful, giving me some advise about the general installation of the fridge, not just the incident. Now it is working like a charm!
