I found Penelope last year whilst looking for RLD practitioner in the local area and she is fantastic. I have lipoedema and secondary lymphodema and I love my sessions, afterwards my legs always feel a lot lighter and less painful after a treatment. I highly recommend Penelope as complimentary therapist and the garden therapy room has a lovely relaxing, calming and welcoming atmosphere.

Penelope came to my home and I had lymphatic drainage reflexology. I suffer badly with lymph oedema and lip oedema. This really helps keep it at its low, less pain and discomfort for me also. Penelope is lovely, knows her stuff and makes you very relaxed x
