Really nice spacious room and comfortable bed on a quiet street. Parking right outside the front door. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean and excellent shower pressure. Really nice place to stay and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Hope to stay again! Cheers

I went to Manchester on a last minute call, enjoyed my visit there. However, when I finally sat down to book a room, I found it was easy as a city with lots of tourists. Pendrose was nearby and accepted me. The hose was very nice in keep calling, sending me room and loaction information as I request. When I arrived at 11pm, he was nice to welcome me with small talks and showing me around the house for me to familiarize. I felt very safe after knowing him. I would definitely book again with this smart young man if I will nearby again anytime. Thank you!

I’ve spend 7 days here and everything was fantastic. Akin game me all the instructions I needed and the house was great. Very close to City center as it was only 10 min to get to the city. Without a doubt I will recommend This house to my friends and family. Thanks again mate for all your help

The host gave me and my children a warm welcome. Our accommodation was very spacious, clean and luminous. We really enjoyed our time there and the host gave us a few recommendations on places to visit. He responded promptly whenever we needed anything and we felt at home. I highly recommend this place in Manchester. All the local amenities are nearby. We will definitely visit again.
