Pendle Borough Council are the most corrupt Council I have ever come across. Selfish, ignorant staff who are soley in the job for self gain. They fail to abide by UK laws and allow illegal car traders to ply their trade without fear of any reprisals. Due to their conpete lack of knowledge, brains they probably struggle to get out of bed in the morning. God help any of Pendles constituents who genuinely ask these absolute clowns for help. Minus 10 out of 10 I'd give them, my view is sack the whole god dam lot of them and look for people with a moral compass in future.

tried to arrange a DIY waste collection. Council said it would be 5 working days. 2 weeks on and the waste is still sitting there. Tried to complain and the reply was they will respond in 15 working days. Total joke

Sick of chasing the waste side for delivery of two green bins which were paid for weeks ago! All the onus is on the customer to chase. Promised to resolve in mid March but still waiting. Shocking!!!

A generally poor quality of council managing incompetent staff. I made a complaint about a lack of response to bags of food waste left outside premises for several days. I never heard back. When I complained again, the 'named person' who dealt with the complaint had never received it. A hopeless organisation. The sooner it gets merged or broken up, the better for all concerned.
