Wao! A very wonderful library experience. Was the first time l went there, met a very pleasant woman at the reception who smilingly welcomed and registered me. She showed me round, created a space for me to plug my laptop and work at a nice corner. As l was basking in the kingly treatment, in fact, still processing the whole thing, she walked to me and asked whether I would like to drink something and l said coffee. Before l knew it, she has brought me a cup of nice coffee. I couldn't believe it. As an international student, l am wondering if this is the goodness of British public service or just the angel l met today.

This was the worst library. I already have reviewed this but accidentally posted it on penn library. But this is definitely the worst. My sister and I hadn’t been to Library in years. I found my library card but my sister couldn’t. It was fine at first but the second time I went I had just moved house. I had lost my card. When I told the librarian my circumstances she told me I was irresponsible and was wasting money. She shouted at me and I my sister. My sister tried to get a book but it turns out it was her old library’s card. She then said that this meant that my sister had lost 2 library cards. She was really horrible. My sister had not brought a lost library card but it was actually a out of date one. She told us we had to find them. How would my sister find a 5 year old library card. I vowed never to go to the library or read a book again. This awful library caused me to dislike books. I know it sounds petty and I still read books but this was the worst experience of my life.
