Not a great experience. We had many many faults in the workmanship of the installation of our electric gates (rounded screw heads, cross threaded screws, missing screws, terrible sound quality on the intercom (it’s still unusable)). Terrible customer service at the time, and now I feel compelled to write this review in the hope that someone in authority at Penchard will notice it, because I emailed them last week to ask for some documentation regarding my installation (user guide, service manual, anything) only to be emailed back a somewhat vague email saying they are ‘unable to locate the file for my property’. Really! I sent them the whole email thread from my last comms with them when we were beset with the installation issues, my full contact details included on the bottom. Seems just like a lazy or careless response, which aligns with how I felt about their lack of responses when we were trying to solve all the post installation issues. On the plus side the wooden gates are excellent.
