The pen I ordered was a present for my daughter and it had gone to the wrong address but the speedy response to my email resulted in a new engraved pen being sent out to make my daughter a happy little girl.     I ordered an engraved pen as a gift, the pen was blue and silver so I assumed the engraving would match the pen. It didn’t, the engraving was a yellow colour which looked cheap and clashed with the other colours on the pen. I politely asked if it could be replaced as it looks awful and I don’t want to give it as a gift, the customer service advisor was abrupt and unhelpful. I am stuck with a £45 pen that I can’t give as a gift. Awful customer service, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this site.
