I Wanted To Wait A Couple Of Weeks Before I Wrote A Review Regarding The Products I Bought From This Store. Having Suffered Chronic Sinuses Issues, For Many Years I Was Frustrated That Nothing Prescribed Was Working!!! The Gentleman Who Served Me Was Very Approachable, Gentle, & Kind. He Then Took The Time To Listen To My Plight & Tackled My Issue.Going By His Recommendation He Suggested A Nasal inhaler, & A Change Of Diet, I Had Already Set Out To Buy The Golden Leaf Capsules, The Nasal Inhaler Is Was A Added Blessing.& Has Cleared Up My Infection. I’m Very Happy With The Outcome & Grateful For His The Kind Jester Towards The End Of The Transaction. (I Won’t Put Him On Blast) I’m So Sorry if I Got His Name Wrong. Thank You Basil. I heard about this black-owned holistic health store through tiktok! I travelled from East London to visit the Brixton store yesterday and had a fantastic experience. JD and Gavin were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. they let me know about their new Walthamstow store, which I’m very excited about. But I have to give a massive thanks to Jahzure! She was an absolute delight! she had great customer service and it was very clear that she was very knowledgeable of the products. I’m looking forward to becoming a loyal customer. thanks again all :)

i went to Pempamsie to visit as i wanted some sage and other natural oila and candles . i could have gone else where but wanted to suport black own businesses . When entering the shop i felt like i was truly home with the capturing spells and the wide variety of jewellery ,books, healing oils , artefacts and so on and on . straight away i noticed the owner but he was very busy as the shop had around 6-7 clients in . there was a young member of staff that tried her best to help but didn't have as much knowledge as i needed .so i decided to wait for the owner to finish with his customer . he was extremley helpful and polite and i ended going back into store 3 times as i forgot certain items . i spent around £60.00 and it was well worth it as i got the results i needed from my product and not only that was supporting a Black owned business . I will definetley shop here again for my herbs . The only downfall is the parking situation ,but Hey "Thats London for you ".

I was very impressed with my visit to Pempamsie yesterday. The Boss led from the front with warmness and it was apparent that this then filtered through to others working in the shop. My only wish is to see this lovely shop expand so lots more people can experience the wonders of the range of products sold at any one time. Thank you so much. I went to purchase "Very Puzzled" items but could not get all of the amount I wanted in Brixton so I was directed to the Mitcham shop. I arrived there and the warmness continued! Amazing - Keep up the great work - it comes as no surprise that you have been around for 20 years!!
