doesn’t even deserve 1 star, staff are a joke and they let people with mental health conditions just walk out the door without helping they don’t careg if you need medication on emergency for mental health, they just stare at you like your some alien or something and treat you like a odd one out, now i have to be at risk of my own life because of some incompetent staff

Had the same problems before , ask for an over counter medicine to give some relief of symptoms. Told to ring doctors at 2pm to see if can get an opintment probably in a week's time. Thanks no wonder people have to buy from internet and surgery full .

Constantly giving the wrong prescription. Can't seem to order in the correct prescription. Lloyds pharmacy at sainsbury's in Tunbridge Wells got the correct prescription within 48 hours. Shall be switching where my prescription gets sent to.
