Absolutely first class service from Josh. Delivered & collected the bikes to/from our campsite in Tenby. Bikes came very well equipped with helmets, spare inner tubes, tool kit etc. Not only did Josh offer ongoing support during the day (which thankfully we didn’t need) but also provided suggested cycle routes to suit our destinations. Definitely recommended and would use again.

Josh and his team were super helpful and friendly. We are a group of nine; 4 adults and 5 kids. We had our bikes delivered to Haverfordwest to the start of the Brunel trail. Josh made sure all our saddles were the right height and showed us how to use the panniers before we set off. We had a really great time cycling on the trail, although the first part was a bit hilly. When we finished, it was super easy to let them know and they came to collect the bikes. Bikes were high quality and easy to ride. I highly recommend Pembrokeshire Bikes to anyone looking to hire bikes in the area.

Road bike was dropped off in perfect condition at our holiday house, and spent 6 days riding the amazing lanes in and around St Davids. It was easy to make arrangements online, the mountain bikes are of excellent quality and are in excellent condition. They conveniently delivered the bikes to the cruise tender port and my family (safely) enjoyed riding around the quiet town. Return was easy as we simply locked them back at the port whenever we wanted (shop provided helmets and locks). This is a good port to explore by bicycle as it is relatively small (but hilly streets).
