  terrible quality and after service. seal gone on eight windows after repeated phone calls for 2 years they now say out of guarantee and we have to pay to replace.

  Truly a fantastic experience working with Pelsall windows to complete several projects through out the house. No project was too small for them and every step of the way they were so kind and helpful and easy to communicate with. The sales team helped us pick the perfect windows and doors we needed without breaking our budget. There was no pressure to go for the super expensive items they provided either it was exactly what we wanted for a great value. The measuring team were kind, courteous and made sure we were 100% on every detail and happy before they went away. The fitters were a great team, clearly loved their job and took great pride in their work. Until everything was spot on they refused to leave. Cant recommend highly enough! Will be returning for future projects.

  We had all our windows,front door and french doors replaced by this company and found everyone very professional from Amy who gave us our quote the surveyor who gave us advice about the windows to the 2 lads that fitted everything a father and son team couldn’t have met a nicer bunch of people we had our work done on Friday 3rd February and finished off on Monday 6th I never give a review straight away 2 months later doors and windows look great I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

  I would not recommend this company they have had very poor communication with me it has been weeks to months they have avoided me I have called and sent emails but no one has responded to me and the have taken over several hundred of pounds of me and still now windows.

  This company is a waste of time. We called them out to replace an ‘add on’ to our front door to lift it to accommodate a higher flooring. They sent out their engineer, he said it could be done. Booked us a date. Then called before the appointment to say he couldn’t get parts.A new appointment was made. We waited a further two weeks, keeping the floor fitters waiting. Their engineer was due today. Heard nothing. Called to be told that the job would be costly and require two men for an afternoon. I agreed. But then was told that the engineer doesn’t want the job because they can’t guarantee a job done by some other company. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  What a terrible experience... One of your representatives, Amy, came out to see us on Saturday 7th January, an appointment she was late for! We were informed that we would receive a full quote within two days. Nothing arrived and both my wife and I attempted contact to find out where the promised quote was. I spoke with Amy, Monday 16th January, who said she had missed calls, but then ‘forgot’, promising that a quote would be supplied by close of play tomorrow, which never materialised. Finally, my wife got a call this morning, Tuesday 17th January, and was given a verbal quote. Apparently, Amy said she couldn’t supply a full quote via email, so we could compare similar quotes to make the best decision. This is extremely poor customer service, and I would be obliged if you could explain if I was unlucky, or whether this is how you treat all your potential customers.

  Two bay windows and a front door fitted six years ago. Issue with drainage to front door resulting in water inside. Four double glazed panels have failed in that time.

  After an absolutely shocking experience with SafeStyle we were desperate to find a trustworthy reliable reputable company… We live in a 1908 property and we’re reluctant to go down the upvc route and lose character of our house!! How wrong were we! From the initial visit there was no pressure to commit but a thorough understanding of what we wanted. Amy met the brief and smashed it! We had wood grain effect front bays and a sash installed. From the initial dealings with PW we were blown away with the understanding and professionalism, the surveyor was very thorough and explained every possible obstacle and solution instilling confidence… .. we trusted the process and have just had them installed. The installers were prompt hard working, considerate of the inside and didn't even stop to drink a hot drink. They were very tidy and each day it was as though they had never been!! Why didn’t we do it sooner! Not only are they within character they are even better that the originals!!! Solid chunky characterful and just perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Massive thanks to all

  Well where do I start! Amy came out to quote us for Windows, bi-folds, back and front door. Looks lovely. That's when the problems started. Dented window sill had to be replaced, that got done by Mark (lovely man) Then the window sill in bay window had been fitted appallingly. Had to keep calling, eventually mark came again thank god! Had problems speaking to the service team so sometimes ended up speaking to one of the sales team, who in my opinion was just rude. Then I found water coming through my window, called again, fobbed off with excuses, then emailed, no one turned up when arrangements were made. In the end I threatened with trading standards and Alyshia bless her sent mark out again to rectify my leaking window. Turns out the fitters had broken a tile on my roof and rain water was getting in. I can't complain about mark as he was great and the service girls were nice too but the rest of the Company sucks....made me laugh when Amy sent me a message asking quote " Would you be good enough to write a 5* review for us " Well Amy here's 2* and I wil Never Ever recommend this company. Stay well clear.

  Pelsall Windows have fitted many windows for me both in my current home and previous one. I always receive a 5 star service from start to finish, the fitters arrive on time and work well to fit the windows in good time. They also always leave my home tidy afterwards. Will always use Pelsall windows and definitely recommend
