Gosh, what a wonderful product is PELOTON,took two years of thinking to go ahead and purchase. Daure Wallace ,made the whole sales experience a throughly professional one .Her pleasant and charming demeanour ,including answering all the awkward questions being thrown at her ,the answers were spot on ,never have felt so much at eas about buying such an expensive fitness bike 🚴!!it’s really brilliant 🤩 I would also urge you to take up the free set up session with James at the WGC concession of Peloton .James really is THROUGH,and goes through ALL the settings to make it fit perfectly .Here’s looking forward to a fitter me . I had a lovely bike fit experience at John Lewis Welwyn with Bradley. I just needed a slight adjustment to the seat height, and I can already tell a huge difference. He also gave some great tips about adjusting cleats and pedals (if you're finding that clipping in and out is too difficult). Then we went from chatting about favourite instructors to live concerts at Wembley 😂. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. I really hope that information about the bike fittings become a part of the new Peloton member experience. I wouldn't have known about it without joining various social media groups. And best of all, it's FREE!
