I will echo the feedback of so many of the negative reviews I read on here: delivery by this shop is abysmal (even though very costly) and if you contact to check what’s happened with the order you get a really rude response as if we have no right to ask. I can see the owner gives the same reply to all delivery complaints so I will save him some time: “you are banned from shopping with us” reply: it’s safe to assume that people who give you a one star review will not want to give you their money in the future. “you were rude” reply: all we want is the information we deserve and being refused to know what's happening with our hard earned money is upsetting. You were in control of whether this was going to escalate or not and judging from all the reviews here there is a certain pattern of behaviour. “The majority of our customers have a great experience with us and come back for more” reply: I congratulate them for their good luck and I wish I had their luck too. Unfortunately, many of us weren’t as fortunate.

Terrible service...I ordered Kit 1, 2 and first natural kit and two different solvents. Among all the ingredients, I received an empty bottle of linalool that smelled really strongly of something, telling me it was not a new bottle whatsoever. They did offer me a refund of 6 pounds and a credit of around 30 pounds on my next order, but the following exchanges were so rude that of course there won't be any more order from me. Also, as I told Ben many times, I am from canada and this doesnt even cover the cost of duties so althouth it's appreciated, I still have to spend a a lot to benefit of this credit. They advertise that the kits are 10ml of each ingredient (double checked on their website), but they are not. Some bottles are a quarter less full than others... I asked why and didnt receive a response for weeks. After 3 attempts, I finally got a response of an annoyed ''Ben'' who told me it was obvious that the bottles would not be filled the same as it was weighted by density. I was then accused to be ''rude'' because I told him 10 ml is 10 ml regardless of the ingredient, and i was trying to be educated. He proceded to tell me that higher density material would take more space in a bottle which makes absolutely no sense. I always was polite, and still asked why the empty linalool smelled something and never got an answer for that. The last response i got is that Ben blocked my emails...! I have worked in customer service for years and I know it can be tough, but I think this is unacceptable behavior. I know this is a small business and I would have been happy to continue doing business with them. Unfortunately, after being blocked (this never happened to me in a customer and business exchange...) I have no choice but to come and leave a review on here. Apologies for grammar and vocabulary mistakes, my mother tongue is french and I also made sure Ben understood that so we could be a little more patient with eachother. Bye.

Delivery is soooo slow. And when asked about it was basically told off. Sorry but I paid money and was not informed that their was such a lonhlg wait or delay. I would have been happy if there was an estimated furfillement date but, I was told off and then instantly refunded after saying I was confused to be treated like that as a customer and would like to have my money back if they treat people like that. I give a 3 star as they have wide range of stock and looks like they update that side of things, I did get full refund but as for getting the products I was 9days and still no update. I have oud coming from abroad and I have had updates and support all the way.
