We had travelled into Brighton by train and just wanted a quick coffee before shopping. Pelicano looked 'inviting' and we could see an interesting selection of cakes. So we went in and ordered two coffees and a blueberry and lemon cake to share. The cake was delicious and the coffees amongst the best we have tasted. The ambience was so good that we lingered rather longer than we had originally intended.
