Alice Howell
From a teacher perspective, this company are very disorganised, unprofessional and difficult to work for. If they under-pay in an invoice they wait until the following month to rectify this… They demand a lot from teachers and tell teachers not to ‘drop them in it’, yet if they make a mistake it is the teacher who takes the blame. Their hourly rate for teachers isn’t even close to music union rates, yet they’re taking a third of the pay and over-charging parents so lots of children end up dropping out, and understandably so in the current economic crisis. Parents should go privately as it is cheaper and a more productive way of learning and music teachers should avoid being exploited in this way, especially in a time where music industry funding is being cut left, right and centre. It’s a real shame.
