I came to register at this clinic with my family, but I couldn't come to the first appointment because I had to go aboard for a short time ( I notified them when I registered) they said to re-register when I return from trip, when I returned. I went to register and the lady from reception said that it is not possible to register and that I should look for another clinic because I can never register here again because I did not show up for the appointment.

If could give zero stars I would. Like other reviews. This place proved fatal to my pensioner mother. The Rottweiler receptionists at the gates who are clearly under instruction to actively block people from seeing a clinical staff member eventually deigned to get her a blood test after a month of ringing up. They never actually let her have anything more than a phone appointment. If she'd been seen face to face it would have been clear to a clinician just how poorly she was. 7 weeks after the blood test she was dead of acute myeloid leukaemia and a raging infection that she had nothing to fight it with. On seeing a photo of her cellulitis one of the GP's suggested a prescription of Clarithromicin!!!! Completely ignoring the fact that my mother's bloods were rock bottom. A blind man looking at 1 part of the elephant. If I could find a private GP I would be moving heaven and earth to move there. Third world care.

Ever since covid it's taken hours to get a hold of them. First off today my mum rung them, and she was informed that she was in 21st place, eventually, after 18 minutes and being in 8th place. It went silent and the call ended without her even touching it. We have had experiences like this before and then after that she called again only to figure out that she is now in 23rd place. So we waited and waited for 59 minutes until my mum decided to go and show them she was on the phone to them for 59 minutes, until they finally answered. The call ony lasted about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Absolutely furious.

Wow. After spend close to an hour on the phone. Finally getting through. Requesting to find out about a referral, I'm sent straight up to administration. Which was dealt with swiftly. But then when I request to find out about my Nicotine Replacement Products (NRP). I'm told they can't pass me back. Weird. Only to be told I'd have to go back through the call waiting again. But as I stated how long I'd waited, the admin then sends a message to that particular department and I received a message within minutes saying my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. 4 days after it had arrived at the surgery. Considering I'm out of my NRP's and am actively trying to quit, you would think it would be quicker to sort. Not as if the prescription is hard to sign and send. How quickly do they kick you off their lists if you don't arrive for a appointment, yet they are fine taking 4 days to send a simple prescription. And not sending any appointments for referrals. Pathetic.

Won't let you make an appointment to see the doctor. You have to ring. Then wait 25mins till someone finally answers. Then you try to find out your test results ,after waiting 4weeks to find they haven't looked at them . Ask to see doctor but won't let you till the doctor speaks to you over phone. Told them don't have a phone strapped to me all day when working so carnt always take calls. Arrange for doctor to ring after 5.30pm after an argument about being able just to make a simple appointment. And they dont call Joke!!!!!.
