No longer run by Rita, all the food has completely changed flavour. Difficult to accept change when you have had the same taste for years. It's such a shame still edible though. Good luck to the new manager

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years easily spent over £500 pounds on their beautiful fresh ingredients being used, the mesmerising tastes, that have you speaking about it at the table. The staff and atmosphere were like you were part of the family… it was like art on a plate….until now. Yesterday I went their for my birthday with my friend, we sat down and the crackers and sauces came as usual as we scanned over over the menu counting the dishes we were going to get again… they brought us our water and took our order… the food appeared I looked at my friend and said where’s the presentation, there were three prawns three satays and ribs… the satays were drowned in sauce for us to be able to chew them hardly no meat on the stick, we had to pick who had the last mini prawn and let’s not start on the ribs cooked then probably microwaved as they were tough, where as the other ribs used to be melt in your mouth and fall off the bone. The duck wraps I had more red cabbage and bone on the meat plate. The duck did not look like duck? The mains we got mushrooms, Singapore noodle, crispy beef shredded chilli, szechuan chicken, chicken in black bean sauce (that usually would come out sizzling on a hot plate) and beef in chilli sauce, the meat dishes were 80% vegetables 10% meat and 10% were Chinese chillies a lot of them scattered over the dishes where as before normal green and red chillis were used. The chef has changed the lady is no longer there for now they explained but she should be back in a few months hopefully she comes back with the original chef... The floor staff were very helpful but they need the chef back otherwise they will lose their regular and loyal customers... Sad times

This was the best Chinese I have tasted in a long while, came to celebrate my Nephews Christening here, food was lovely great value for money don't live close by but will definitely drive down to have another buffet meal soon. Kid-friendliness: It's not very kid friendly only had one high chair through out the whole restaurant and no proper baby changing facilities.

Had a lovely time for lunch here! Great little gem in the heart of Burnt Ash Lane! The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was very delicious. Came out hot and consistently. I like their staggard menu which splits it into starters, courses and main course. The price is also very reasonable for the quantity of food that you get. The restaurant is a bit dated but it does not take anything away from the quality of the service and food. Definitely worth a visit! Parking: Free parking across the road, residential but no restrictions.
