Bought a takeaway last night. Delivery ok but food terrible. Rice was disgusting and was like it had been warmed up from previous evening. Had prawn balls and chicken chow mein as well which was awful. Had to throw in bin. I was very sick in the night so had food poisoning as well. Will never go there again.

The person who delivered my food looked like he just came out the kitchen. He had dirty welly boots on and his apron was filthy. That had already put me off my food. I don’t expect someone from a takeaway to delivery food dressed like that. It’s not a good image when ordering food. As for the food , it was cold and very ordinary. I will not be ordering from this Takeaway again.

Very disappointed. !! Portion size was absolutely appalling spare rid 4 of the smallest ribs I’ve ever seen. The food was just warm . Never again .

Terrible service. Gave them 2 hour's notice for a delivery. Half hour late, they didn't care and were very rude but as they had already taken payment by card they clearly didn't care. Won't be using them again.

Further Update 9/9/22 Give or take a whole year since my last updated review, so with another year of practice they had to have improved, right? Wrong! I bought a Set Meal for One - Egg Fried Rice, Special Chop Suey, & 5 Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls. I must admit that the chicken balls themselves were quite tasty and crunchy…however the sweet & sour sauce was runny with little taste at all, the chop suey was slimy and tasteless with few added ingredients apart from its bean sprouts, and the rice was over cooked and clumpy like a soft rice pudding. All except 3 of the chicken balls went straight in the bin again. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly this now WILL be my last visit as I can’t afford to keep binning that which I’ve paid good, hard earned money for. I can’t recommend the place - sorry. Update 30/9/21: I just got a £21.00 ‘Set Meal A’ for 2 from them - the first time I’ve used them since my below review. I’m sad to say it was the worst Chinese food I think I’ve EVER had! The crispy duck was certainly ‘crispy’ - cremated and dry the whole way through. The rest of the food - although admittedly having lots of meat in, so not at all stingy - all tasted the same, was slimy and, to be honest, made us feel quite queasy. We took a few mouthfuls and then threw the rest in the bin. It’s with regret that I have to say, based on today’s experience, I will not be buying from them again - a shame as they’re just around the corner from me and I like to support local business whenever & wherever I can. ————— Very hot and miss here. The take away food can be very good, but it can be very poor. There seems no consistency. Cash only payment too, no card facility. Pay your money, and take your chance.
