This company is unprofessional and misleading. The MD insinuates one thing and then fails to communicate at all. I will never deal with it again and would advise any buyer to contact a seller directly and not to trust this agent - whatever he may say.

Really bad company to deal with, avoid! We paid Peill several thousand pounds in advance for a survey and evaluation on a commercial property. We had repeatedly to chase them over the course of a year to complete what should have taken a few weeks. Even when it arrived the report was very flimsy. Our initial complaints produced a brief flurry of concerned promises from the MD which were soon forgotten, and they returned to their usual inefficiency.
