Our porch, by Pegasus, was fitted in January. Was Recommended by 2 people at work. Survey, by Frank, was carried out in friendly informative manner and he arrived on time. Happy with price, so I later visited him in the showroom to order. They were were busy so had to wait a few months for installation. January arrived and they arrived on time to lay concrete base. Two weeks later they arrived again on time to finish installation. One sealed unit had wrong pattern so they returned a few days later to change. Everything went well and was very professional but in friendly manner. They took away all rubbish and left site clean. Oh and did I mention, they arrived ON TIME every time. Called showroom today for some remedial work. The door was sticking a little. Frank came out the same afternoon to sort things out. He arrived early!

It’s now 7 years since Pegasus replaces my windows and built a conservatory on my house. I called them to see if we could get hold of one if the end covers which had fallen off into the gutter. Needless to say a quick call and they came and took a look, quickly put it back in place and checked everything else out. Top notch. Highly recommend.
