Pegasus helped us move locally, at the start of this year, and did a very good job for us. The the team were helpful and efficient, and there were no breakages. When we arrived at the new house (after some wait, due to the legal process), the team were patient and gave us a few minutes to open up, find everything, and settle ourselves, before unloading. A second team was sent over to help, given the delays, which worked v well.

Use this company for your move! Amazing service from a team of really caring, patient and efficient guys. What an extraordinary team. Carl and Bruce packed up my elderly dad and step mum's house without a hitch. They had a massive challenge to unload at his new place but, none the less, they were cheerful and good company throughout. Everything arrived as it should have, having been well packed and carefully handled. So grateful for these wonderful men who made the move manageable and a good deal more fun than it could have been!

Really friendly and experienced removers. Advised on the best way forward for the move and reassured they could fit the wardrobes upstairs without taking them apart (they could). Worked really hard taking furniture apart and putting back at the new place. Didn't help we had acrid smoke coming from a fire next door so thankful they carried on regardless even in the rain. They had blankets down to protect the flooring and very courteous. Made the move much less stressful. Thanks again. Maria and Frances

Unprofessional and appalling aftercare - do not use. Computer screen was broken during move and company unwilling to help resolve nor reply to my communication complaining about the service. Appalling considering one of their key selling points was the insurance they provide incase of any accidents. Another cowboy removals company. Would not recommend.

Could not praise Pegasus enough!! We had such a stressful journey getting to our completion date, but the team at Pegasus made moving day a joy! They were so positive, happy and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went above and beyond to make the day (and the packing the day before) as smooth as possible. With the added challenges of the airshow being on, and it being the hottest day EVER on record, Carl and the whole team really are a credit to the company. We will never go anywhere else for removal and packing services in the future, and would recommended to any and everyone. Jamie - thank you very much!
