Just brilliant people. I had an issue with a near one-year-old pair of Oakley sunglasses and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Much to my surprise I got a complete replacement for both the frames and lenses. This wouldn’t have been possible without them fighting my corner with the manufacturer!

Disappointing experience. Due to heavy traffic was a few minutes late and was told the appointment could not go ahead. Inflexible staff- who instead of offering an alternative were unsympathetic and unhelpful. I have since found other opticians in the town to have a better customer service approach. I will not be going back to Peepers.
