    Disgusting what they have done at Doncaster Airport! They are nothings but greedy in my opinion. By doing what they are doing it means the best example of the Vulcan Bomber has to be dismantled to be moved which results in the plane never having working engines again

    I visited their Gloucester Quays retail park ONE DAY after they reduced their parking from 3 hours to 2 hours during covid. I shopped here all of the time & presumed everything would be as normal. I therefore missed their PAPER SIGNS describing the new reduced time limit. I was actually unaware that I received a parking fine as this was sent to my old address without my knowledge as Iโ€™d just relocated & went to court without me having any knowledge. If they bothered to properly check my credit file when they received no reply, they could have easily found my new address. I now have a CCJ as a result, despite the terrible paper signage and changing the parking limit during covid, when queues were longer. The stress ruined my high risk pregnancy and our credit rating, which was previously excellent. I was a loyal customer for 3 years since relocating to the area and this has literally ruined my life. I sent numerous emails and they donโ€™t care. They have crooks looking after their car parks. STAY WELL CLEAR!

    Moved into a property of theirs near Salford quays in July 19, 4 months later after repeatedly asking, we still have no water pressure in our bathrooms, only have 2 fobs to get in our office which has 10 people in it and growing! And the intercom system doesn't work despite promises it would be fixed so all I see in the morning is a steady stream of my staff receiving calls then leaving the offices to open the doors to let others in, now my messages are being ignored, poor service to say the least.

    Grand Rent Department is so absurd. I didn't receive any letters before but they don't care your receive or not. Then charge the money for you. Anyway, don't choose them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
