Pedworth is a Sheltered Housing Unit owned and managed Southwark Council. It is located within a quiet culdesac just off Rotherhithe New Road which leads to Surrey Quays Station and shopping mall. The Pedworth SHU is set in pleasant tree-lined gardens and the rear faces directly onto Southwark Park, thereby giving a very pleasant outlook alround. Pedworth consists of 30 purpose-built flats arranged over two floors of modern red-brick and tiled-roof build.
