Friendly staff and customers, BIG gym and nice pool with LOVELY sauna and steam rooms. Only downsize is its very tatty and dirty, pool side changing rooms are awfully neglected, smelly and broken. Gym equipment breaks and it takes months to get fixed, poolside shower has been broken for weeks so no-one is showering in between sauna/pool etc. Never seen a cleaner.

I have been going to Peckham Pulse Gym for the last 6 months and I find the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, especially the front desk.. also all the personal trainers are always ready to help and answer any questions I have about the gym and exercise machines.

So cold swimming is unbearable for young children. The water temperature is fine but the air temperature and changing room temperatures is not tolerable. My three year old was shivering and had blue lips by the time we’d got changed and to the pool. If your lifeguards are wearing coats and hats in their chair…..it too cold!

I don't know what is happening in this gym, since inside there are massive leaks throughout the entire gym, water and humidity on the walls, water on the floor, puddles in the corridors, on the doors, on the stairs, buckets on The floor for the leaks that the gym roof has, the gym should close NOW. Because it is very dangerous, especially for the elderly plp, this problem has not been solved for a long time...

This gym desperately needs a change in management. Got there at 2124 on a Sunday night 22/01 and already the door is locked when closing hours are supposed to be 10pm. I just wanted to use 2 machines which would have taken 20 mins. They do not serve their members they serve themselves.
