Why do you say it's open Sunday. It's a complete lie. No one there on Sundays. Pathetic.

It's not really a market - there's often only 4 or 5 stalls. The fruit and veg lady is here almost without fail and I'm sure she brings in the dough - some very good produce though. Bread and cheese stalls are pricey. The guy selling fish is a good catch (!) when he's there, bringing in some good stock from Kent. Fresh meat stall is best: seasonal game, rabbit etc., outdoor reared and slow grown produce from Sussex.

Good seasonal veggies, apples, homemade sweet apple juice, eggs... The bakery stand was great with sรฉsamo bread, black bread really tasty, but the best of all was plumb cake no doubt, slice 3 quids. As soon i arrived home ive had It and i inmediattly regreted not getting 2 for 5 quids.... ๐๐ Honestly, im living abroad and i just wonder for how much that artist would sell that recipee to me ๐๐๐
