FAQ

What types of grapes are grown on your vineyard?

We grow a variety of grapes on our vineyard, including Bacchus, Pinot Noir, and Seyval Blanc. Each grape variety has its unique characteristics, and we carefully select the grapes we use for our wines based on their quality and taste.

How do you ensure the quality of your wine?

We take several steps to ensure the quality of our wine. We carefully monitor the grape-growing process, ensuring that the grapes receive the proper nutrients and care. We also use traditional winemaking techniques to create our wines, which helps to maintain their quality and flavor. Finally, we sample and taste our wines regularly to ensure that they meet our high standards.

What is your winemaking process?

Our winemaking process involves several steps. First, we carefully select the grapes we use for our wines based on their quality and taste. Next, we crush and press the grapes, extracting the juice that will ferment into wine. We then ferment the juice using traditional winemaking techniques, such as oak barrel aging and malolactic fermentation. Finally, we bottle and age our wines, allowing them to develop their unique flavors and aromas.

Do you offer tours or wine tastings on-site?

Yes, we offer tours and wine tastings on-site. Our vineyard is open to the public, and we welcome visitors to come and learn about our winemaking process. We also offer wine tastings, where visitors can sample our wines and learn more about their unique characteristics.

What sets your vineyard apart from others in the area?

Our vineyard stands out from others in the area due to our commitment to quality and tradition. We carefully monitor every step of the grape-growing and winemaking process, ensuring that our wines are of the highest quality. We also use traditional winemaking techniques, which help to create wines with unique and complex flavors. Finally, our vineyard is located in a beautiful rural setting, providing visitors with a unique and memorable experience.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My wife and I traveled 5 hours to celebrate our 10th anniversary in Exeter and I wanted to surprise her with a new experience. We had SUCH a wonderful time!! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a full glass of sparkling rose which was delicious. The wine master was such a great host and tour guide. The vineyard is beautiful and we cannot wait to return during the harvest to assist. MUST VISIT!!

Just returned from a wonderful morning spent wandering around the vineyards. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining, nothing was too much of a problem and he was happy to stand and chat passionately about the grapes and processes. Would highly recommend a visit and we both look forward to returning to lend a hand at harvest time!

Went grape harvesting. Quite hard work but able to scoff a few as well. Got free teas, coffee cakes and lunch. It's quite therapeutic in a way, no pressure, just cutting grape bunches off a vine. Does involve some bending/kneeling.
