As much as I don't like dentists, they have treated me very kindly, respectfully and I have had all the treatment I need within a reasonable time. Polite cheerful receptionists too.

I've had mixed experience here. But today I Had a lovely dentist Called Mr Songra, I suffer with anxiety and he was amazing. Such a calm manner and talked me through everything. We've made a plan and I'm so happy it will be Mr Songra carrying out my work. His dental assistant was really nice, and my anxiety was calm I felt Safe. The practice is welcoming and clean, and reception team were friendly and approachable. For the first time in a long time I survived and didn't cry. Thanks Peartree Dental.

After 3 years of covid and cancellations not being able to see a dentist I finally got an appointment, nice smile and welcome from reception on booking in. Waited just over 15 minutes passed my apt.time but did get a sorry for the delay from the assistant, I think there was an admin problem. Dentist was pleasant and talked about my visit so all in all todays experience was pretty much ok.

You have now started yearly appointments instead of 6 monthly, but you can still take in new patients.

I was given a cancellation appointment as I've been having pain. I was seen by Deepak who unfortunately is a locum. I say unfortunately because this man is wonderful. Has a great manner, excellent communication skills and is a great dentist. He prescribed me antibiotics for an abscess and advised what I need to do & expect of this tooth going forward. I'm a reluctant dentist goer, due to too many visits as a child, but Deepak made me feel that I was in safe hands.

I always get through on phone after a short wait. They gave me a appointment for that day for my granddaughter who had a suspected abscess, can't fault that.
