My son sat his Theory Test here a few days ago. He said the staff were really nice an helpful an everything was well organised. His appt was 12 so he arrived 15min beforehand and once checks were done he started the test straight away. In an out within 40mins. He was over the moon when he passed.

Very bad, staff were lovely at the beginning and then went very down hill when you actual start. Very nice lay out but to sit next to someone for an hour coughing their lungs up and snorting continuously and trying to bring up phlegm is his mouth (during COVID). Then to top it off, you can hear the staff just laughing as loud as they could; barring in mind it’s meant to be like exams conditions (well it’s meant to) is an absolute disgrace really.
