Really hard people to get hold of - I went to take a test on Saturday and the server was done and trying to re-book but can't get hold of anyone and when I do they tell me to contact another department. Okay to take my money though!!

Nice lady on reception. Older lady with black hair and glasses over seeing the exams was extremely rude. I love that there are signs about treating the staff with respect but she felt it ok to give attitude to those there for exams. She either needs training or a different job.

Been to this place your treated like your entering a German POW camp so rude they check your glasses with their grubby fingers never again and several mates had the same treatment.
