Brilliant experience from start to finish. We had all of our windows and doors changed and all the team from Pears have been helpful throughout. Bill, the salesman, was great (helpful with ideas and patient with our changing minds!) the communication from the office was first class and the installation team, Kyle and Tyler, were excellent, always polite and courteous and explained what they were doing and why. Highly recommended

Whilst initially I was happy with the products the installation and the staff. Over 18 months later I have had nothing but trouble with my newly installed composite door. From not opening to not locking to now after being adjusted to stop the door from sticking closed or open it allows a constant stream of cold air into my home. With heating on all day its still 12 degrees in my hallway and kitchen making my living room a frosty 16 degrees whilst paying 8 to 10 pounds a day in gas and electric to keep it that way. Not happy and really feel the door is not fit for purpose as is draughty. Was not like this when first installed , like it is this year prior to them trying to resolved the expansion issue preventing the door opening and closing Whilst I would have recommended them last year I do not think that would be fair until this issue is resolved If you don't mind a draughty door that let's the cold in then this is the place to go

Had Pears here all week doing a complete overhaul! All new windows, new front door, replaced patio door with French doors also had fascia’s, soffits and guttering done! Have you say the installation guys were fantastic! They did a brilliant job and we’re so happy with the whole job. The difference in the house already is noticeable! Thank you all for doing such a good job - can’t recommend you all enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience with this company has been excellent. Bill the salesman was honest and set realistic expectations on timeframes, Jennie and Carly in the office were quick to respond to my questions when a couple of supplier deliveries were delayed (Not Pears fault) and the fitter Dave was a lovely chap who was clearly very good at his job. Price was competitive and they are a local company who in my opinion are more motivated to do a great job than a national outfit. Me and my partner are delighted with our new doors!
