We picked up our new buccaneer barracuda on 4th May we could not fault the service we received from Dan & Phil, so polite professional & friendly. Harry at Pearman Briggs went out of his way to help us make a imformed choice about buying our first motorhome. He went above the standard sales man to help we need more like Harry and the team we are looking forward in collecting our motor home very soon and meeting the team from a 70 year old family business. With this company there was no pressure to buy and many forms of help available for your campervan requirements. We loved the google reviews so much we are travelling from the orkney islands to gloustershire.

I’ve had my last 2 vans from a different supplier. So going elsewhere made me understandably wary. I needn’t have worried. We had a great deal on pretty much the perfect van. What was the most amazing was the attention to detail in preparing the van for us to take away. It was practically clinically clean and everything looked new and properly serviced. I had absolutely no concerns at the point of handover. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous and we even managed to cadge a couple of freebies from the shop!! Great company…looking forward to making great memories in our new van. Cheers guys!!

Excellent customer service provided by Dan, very informative, helpful and accommodating. We had travelled a distance to look at a caravan and Dan was very efficient with meeting us, showing us around the caravan and doing a fair deal for our part ex. Prompt communication throughout, from purchase to delivery. An item was missing on the new van and we had left part of a wheel lock on the old van but Dan sorted this out for us quickly and posted both out to us the next day. Also 4 new tyres were on the caravan which was great. The only slight disappointment was receiving our caravan and having to clean the draws and cupboards perhaps a one off but shouldn’t have been missed really. Overall we are very satisfied with our new caravan and would return next time to Pearman Briggs for our next caravan .

Part x'd out caravan, dealt with Dan. Got a very fair price for our caravan and the caravan we purchased was also very reasonably priced. No sales patter at either first contact or on the day of completion from Dan. Would highly recommend. Very easy to deal with and the purchase was as straight forward as is possible.

I just bought a used Caravan from Prarman Briggs for our family. Dan, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We are based in Ireland so I obviously couldn't call down easily to view the Van. Dan couldn't be more helpful, sending a complete walk through video of outside and inside together with tons of pictures. I then arranged to fly over and view in person. Dan was open and up front on everything that would be done to the van by their team before I collected it and I was not disappointed when I collected. I was nervous because the dealers in Ireland would not have a great reputation for trustworthiness. Dan and Pearman Briggs stand by their word and it's clear to see why they've been in business so long. I'm now back in Ireland having collected the Van yesterday and I must say I cannot recommend Dan and the team highly enough. We're delighted with our new family van and looking forward to dealing with Dan again in the future when we trade up.
